Your help to sustainable health and redesigning your body
I started meditating when I was very young. I didn’t understand that was what I was doing though. It just came naturally to me. As I got older I stopped, but rediscovered it about ten years ago. There is a lot of health benefits with meditation such as helping your self be more in the now, reconnect with your body and reinforcing positive thoughts. The other week I found out about a 21 day meditation challenge and straight away felt it was for me. The challenge is hosted by Oprah Winfrey and lead by Deepak Chopra. When I also found out the focus: “Meditate to perfect health” well then it made even more sense.
It is still possible to join in (just klick the picture further down on the page). So why not take the chance to meditate daily with one of the great names within the field of meditation and the science of consciousness. It all started yesterday and I can’t wait to see what will happen over these 3 weeks.
