So the end of the plank challenge!
Creating or joining challenges can be a great way to make training a bit more fun. This time the challenge was to improve your time in the so called plank position. The plank position is a great way to strengthen your core.
This time 21 people joined in. The winner of the challenge, Julie Fornander, increased her time with 101,59 %!! That is awsome!
So BIG congratulations to Julie!
Next challenge will start up on the first of April, so keep an eye out!
