Your help to sustainable health and redesigning your body

Ready to live young longer?

ready to live young longer? For many years I was extremely skeptical to everything to do with anti-ageing. I thought it was all frauds. And also I enjoyed getting older.

Some hasn’t changed. I still love getting older and learning more every day. And I still see a lot of things that seem to want to change the symptoms, such as surgery or botox. However, I have understood that not all things are frauds. And now there are products out there that are actually targeting the source of ageing. Now, how great is that! And I’ve also come to understand that anti-ageing is not just about looking younger, it is also about having a body that behaves younger for longer. And this I am very interested in. I love having a body that is strong and healthy and I will do everything to keep it that way                 for as long as possible. I’ve always known that what we eat influences how we age. But this new science really got me excited.

Here is a video with Dr Joseph Chang (see picture), the author of The Antiageing myth (I’ll write more about that tomorrow) explaining about the science behind R2, a new amazing supplement coming out in April.

This is such an amazing new technology.

I’ve always eaten well, right from childhood. I must say I’ve kept healthy and active. However, now in my 70’s, age has crept up on me. That’s a fact–irreversable. We will age and die. The most we can hope for is to age well.

Sounds like you live a very healthy life The cool thing is though, That even as We are getting older there is an option thanks to these new supplements. I’ve had the privilege to eat them for a couple of years. The difference is amazing! 🙂

Making changes at 60 has been hard for me, having been raised on macaroni and cheese, hamburgers and spaghetti. But I’m learning new ways and changing my life. Encouragement helps.
