Your help to sustainable health and redesigning your body
Quitting is not an option!
However, daring to believe in your dream and continue despite the opinions of others, adversity, and inner voices that tell you, you are not good enough or worth success, is not always easy. But, it is necessary if we are to leave old patterns behind us and all of that which is not working and actually live the life we want.
Many times I have had a feeling of moving backwards, but in retrospect I can see that it actually was a step forward. I like to think of life as a cinnamon bun (not just because cinnamon buns are as tastey). If you imagine every life and every change as a spiral cycle and that even if it feels like you are moving backwards at times you are in fact moving continuously toward the center. And the center is filled with all that gooey goodness!
It does not, unfortunately, happen by itself, but we all need to continue to do, alter, modify, do over, reflect, change direction and speed etc. to actually move. But when we do this, then we will move forward. Life is difficult to always balance, but the formula is really not that complicated. Take care of your cinnamon rolls, continue towards your goal and remember that even if your goal might seem odd in other people’s eyes, only you can know what is right for you!
