Planking – half way through the challenge!

On February 11th I started a new challenge – the plank challenge!

Everyone who has entered are now working towards a better result when planking. We all have one month and the one with the best result wins.

So half time. How are we doing?

Now let’s speed up the exercise time and make sure to also do other exercises to strengthen your core. You can also logg in to the google.doc and add your “half-time”-result!

Stronger core – better health!

    I’ve never heard of planking before but it does sound interesting, I may have to give it a go myself!

      Yes do! It’s one of many great ways to strengthen your core which is as I’m sure you know, vital to a strong, healthy body. Thank you for stopping by!
