Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and cottage cheese.
Time to cook: Less than 10 minutes!
Ingredients for scrambled eggs
1/2 dl of milk or cream
1/1 table spoon turmeric
How to do:
1 Whisk the eggs, the milk/cream and the spices together. Whisk it until it’s all blended and has one coulour.
2 Heat up a pan. With a non stick pan you won’t need any butter or oil, otherwise add a little for the eggs not to stick.
3 Add the eggmixture. Turn the heat down. Now stir gently until it has a creamy consistency.
4 Plate the scrambled eggs with a couple of slices of salmon, some sallad and about 2 table spoons of cottage cheese.
