I have challenged my readers to join me in a plank challenge. It will start today by all of us adding the time we menage today. Then on the 10th of March we all enter our new time and whoever has improved the most during this time wins! How much you train is up to you!
in my previous post about Rock hard abs I wrote about the importance of a strong core. The plank position is one of the best and easiest ways to improve your core strength. It takes no particular clothes, shoes, place etc and the time it takes is so limited that “I didn’t have the time” can simply not be true.
