Healthy food 6 – oven baked salmon

Ovenbaked salmon (time to make: 20 min)

This way to make salmon was introduced to me by my partner Magdalena. It’s a quick and easy recipe and oh so delicious.


1 side of salmon (filed)

2 Dried dill 1-2 dl

3 salt

4 butter 25 g

How to do:

Set the oven to 200°C

Place the salmon on a baking paper in an oven tray.

Spread a thick layer of dried dill on top

Devide the butter into little pieces and spread them out evenly over the salmon.

Bake it in the oven for about 15 minutes until it’s cooked all the way through but still moist in the middle.

Serve it with a sallad and some kesella.

    I’ll probably have to try that. Living in Norway and not enjoying Salmon isn’t quite working 🙂
