A couple of weeks ago I wrote about the importance of Omega 3. One thing I didn’t mention was which Omega to choose. There are so many different choices on the market that it can be difficult to know what to choose. The vegetable kind of Omega 3 is less potent than the one from fish or krill. It’s important that the oil you choose is purified from toxic impurities. I highly recommend Omega 3 that comes from Krill.
