Healthy Food 5

Quick wook (time to cook 20 minutes)

1 red bell pepper
1 broccoli
2 large potatoes
2 big handfulls of mushrooms
3 carrots
1-3 table spoons of green curry
1 tin of black beans
1 tin of coconut milk
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 a yellow onion
2 table spoons of oil. (Rapeseed oil f ex)

How to do:
1 Chop all the vegetables and the onion. make the pieces small enough to not have to cut again when eating.

2 Put the onion and garlic in the pan or wook with the oil. When the onion is soft, add the rest of the vegetabilies. Turn them around.

3 Add the coconut milk.

4 Add the curry. Take only one table spoon first. Leave it to simmer for about

5 minutes. Taste it. If you want it stronger add more curry.

6 Add salt and pepper

7 Let simmer until the carrots are softer, but not mushy!

8 Add the beans. Leave a couple of minutes.

Done! Enjoy 🙂
