Your help to sustainable health and redesigning your body
Today I saw this picture in the post Simple But Significant (II), at the blog The better man projects and I couldn’t agree more. In order to follow your dreams and become the person you have the potential to be you need to be a little crazy. You need to let things go that might seem more “reasonable” or more “practical” and allow your fears to push you forward instead of holding you back.
I truly believe nothing is impossible, but I also believe it takes a whole lote of practice to believe enough and act enough as to actually manifest it. And I believe it takes loads of practice for most of us to not listen to “reasonable and practical” and to not let our fears hold us back.
I’m still practicing to let go and to allow my true potential to come forward. I’m still practicing to be crazy enough to believe. I’m still practicing, but at least I’ve practiced long enough to know I won’t let fear stop me from practicing until perfection!
