Workout of the day – done in 4!

About four months ago I stumbled across something called Tabata. It’s a 4 minutes long workout and I loved it straight away! The possibility to have your daily workout done in 4 minutes and in your own living room – what’s not to like!

When I have more time I combine it with the gym or running, but when time is limited – this is the greatest!
