One thing I do to stay healthy is make my own juice. From vegetables and fruits. I mix and try different combinations. Todays healthy juice is filled with vegetables that helps your body to detox.
Detox has become more and more popular. What you do is help the body to rid it self from toxins and restore the natural flow of energy so that you can feel and function better. Our body does detox it self, but as we get older, the body becomes less and less efficient and therefor can do with som extra help.
Here is my juice of the day. Except detox it is also great for skin and metabolism!
