Your help to sustainable health and redesigning your body
Are you ready to get there, not just wanting to be there?
Yesterday an old friend and I discussed the difference between students and why some people who really want to be somwhere, never seem to get there.
You see before I thought people were lying when saying they wanted something and then not taking necessary action. And quite often I was that person.
Today however I believe people really do want to be what they say they want to be, but few are actually ready to become that!
With this I mean: Do what’s necessary, change what’s necessary and face the sometimes not so pretty truths about your self that’s necessary. And I really don’t blame them!
Few of us were ever taught that change is about responsibility, perceverance and letting go. And even fewer of us have tools and know how to ask for support.
So, if you do want to become, not just be, then ask for help. Find tools that fit you and don’t ever give up!!
My tool? EFT
My support? Family, Friends and a Therapy!
And when you have all this – you actually can become and later be!
