When the going gets tough….

Supposedly the tough gets going…

 

However, for me the going is not the problem, it’s the stopping…

I seem to go and go and go and then – emergency break! The jolt of an emergency break throws me off track and the time and the energy it takes to get back on track….  I’m sure  that, that energy could be used in an oh so much better way. I wouldn’t mind learning to ease into a stop long before the going gets really tough.

So. My greates challenge right now – learn how to ease into a stop as to stay on track and then gently accelerate again!

    Well, I have a tad of the same dilemma, only I have found a way to stop before I run too far too fast. But it’s a tricky business when there is so much to do, to experience, to learn etc.
    I hope you find ways to manage this in a good way. Myself I just started doing daily QiGong, a surefire way for me to slow down, take a break, and reenergize! If you need help working this out, just let me know, I’d love to help you!

      Thank you! Yes the need to find ways to slow down is so important. Right now it’s tango and meditation for me 🙂
